Titans brought back Boiman to add linebacker depth

After Josh Stamer, Stephen Tulloch and Colin Allred got injured one after another, the Tennessee Titans felt obviouly short-handed at linebacker. That feeling forced them to sign two more linebackers Tuesday.

One of the two is linebacker Rocky Boiman, who was a fourth-round draft pick by the Titans in 2002 and spent four seasons with the team. After he left the team as a free agent, he joined the Indianapolis Colts and played on their Super Bowl XLI championship team. He helped Kansas City Chiefs last season. We can believe that Boiman's coming back will provide depth at Titans' linebacker.

Besides resigning Boiman, the titans also signed linebacker is Tyson Smith, and released quarterback Alex Mortensen and defensive back Jeremy Haynes.
