Ravens will overcome Peterson to start a new streak

After the Cincinnati Bengals running back successfully ran for 120 yards into the Baltimore Ravens defense last week, the Ravens ended their streak of 39 straight games without allowing a 100-yard rusher. The Ravens may be eager to start a new streak, but in next game, the challenge they are going to face is even bigger than they faced last week.

On the upcoming Sunday, the Ravens will play against the unbeaten Minnesota Vikings and have to stop Adrian Peterson from running into 100 yard. Peterson, ranking second in yards rushing in the league while Benson ranking first, is however averaging a half-yard more per carry than the runningback wearing Bengals jersey and has an NFL-high seven touchdowns. The Ravens need to fix whatever went wrong in last week’s 17-14 loss to the Bengals and get everything in their defense perfect to stop Peterson.

As the Ravens tackle Haloti Ngata said, the team will show what their defense is made of. And Peterson is just eager to test it. He has seen the film of last week’s game in hope to benefit from watching Benson’s moves. Get fully prepared, Ravens, for you are going to face the biggest challenge the team has faced so far this season!
