One week’s plan for taking kids to eat for free

The economy seems improving and you may now spend some more on your kids. But if there are free dinners for kids, you can still save that part of money to buy them their beloved Brett Favre jerseys. Actually, several popular restaurants are offering free meals for kids at different times. Check the list and you can take your kids to have free dinners from Monday to Sunday.

For Mondays, Applebee’s offers one free kid’s meal for the purchase of an adult entrée. For Tuesdays, Chevy’s offers same deal but only for dine-in customers; You may also change it to Lone Star Steak House, where up to two kids eat free with the purchase of one adult entrée; For Wednesday you may have two different choices: Denny’s allows up to two kids 10 and younger to eat free as long as their parents purchase of $2.50 or more from 4pm to 10pm, and Luby’s allows kids to eat free with the purchase of an adult entrée on a weekday evening after 4:30, and the weekday could be Wednesday in certain area, you need to check it on its official site.

Many restaurants like to offer such deals on Thursdays and Saturdays, like Captain D’s, Marie Callender’s and Perkins. Steak’n Shake offers such deal on Saturdays and Sundays, so does Dickey’s Barbecue Pit. But the deals do not apply nationwide and you may check face to face with the restaurants near your area.
